PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radial tire for high speed and heavy load capable of satisfying the standard of burst pressure, preventing the adhesion separation failure between rectified faces in abnormal take-off and landing of an aircraft, the rubber destructive failure in Taxi running, the early abrasion of the tread rubber caused by slip running, and the partial abrasion, and remarkably increasing the number of times of the take-off and the landing. SOLUTION: In this radial tire, a value of W/R (R: radius of curvature of radial inner face at center part of belt layer, W: maximum width of belt layer) is more than 0 to 0.65, a value of B/A (B: falling height at outer end in width direction of belt layer, A: falling height of outermost ply at position separated from tread center by W/2 in width direction) is more than 0 to 0.65, the tread rubber is composed of a rubber composition having a rubber component, carbon black, and sulfur and sulfenic amide vulcanization accelerator, and the problems can be solved by providing these components with predetermined properties.
