PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the mounting direction of a burn-in board to be changed and thereby eliminate a contact failure on the tester side due to the insertion and extraction of the burn-in board. SOLUTION: Connectors and a flexible board 10 are employed for relaying a signal to a measured device, so that the mounting direction of the burn-in board 5 can freely be set. The force caused by the insertion and the extraction of the burn-in board 5 is absorbed by the flexible board 10.
