PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the manufacturing cost of an oil cooler. SOLUTION: A tube 110 is constituted of first and second plates 111 and 112, coated with a brazing material on the inner wall side, and the first and second plates 111 and 112 are brazed, while being caulked (temporary fixed) at a caulking part 111d and at a burring part. Since a jig for holding an assembling state is not required at the brazing process, investment in the facility and manufacturing labor can be reduced, resulting in cost reduction in the manufacture of an oil cooler 100.
