<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate a gauge field and to reduce a noise leakage to the outside of a vibrator. SOLUTION: The vibrator 6 comprises a bottom plate 6-1, ring 6-2, stem 6-3, diaphragm 6-4, permanent magnet 6-5 and electromagnetic coil 6-6. An X-cut quartz crystal 5 is adhered to the front surface of the ring 6-2 of the vibrator 6 by aligning its X-axis direction (electric axis) direction to the main vibration direction V of the vibrator 6. Since the main vibration direction V of the ring 6-2 and the X-axis direction of the X-cut quartz crystal 5 are aligned, the X-cut quartz crystal 5 vibrates mainly in the X-axis direction. The piezoelectric effect when the X-cut quartz crystal 5 vibrates in the X-axis direction is great. The gauge field is efficiently generated by this great piezoelectric effect. This field generating section 100 is put into a cylinder of a double structure to lessen the sound leakage to the outside of the device of the vibrator 6.</p> |
