COLOR FILTER STRUCTURE HAVING HIGH TRANSMISSIVITY

PURPOSE: A color filter structure having high transmissivity is provided to form a reflection layer on a black matrix to reflect lights from the black matrix so as to accomplish high transmissivity. CONSTITUTION: A color filter structure having high transmissivity includes a black matrix that has a CrOx layer(32) a Cr layer(34), a pigment layer(40) formed on the CrOx and Cr layers, a transparent conductive layer(6) formed on the pigment layer, and a reflection layer(60) formed on the transparent conductive layer. The CrOx and Cr layers are sequentially formed on a color filter glass(8). The transmissivity of the color filter is increased according to the reflection layer. The reflection layer is made of Al or AlNd.
