PURPOSE: A structure for preventing a sub frame of a vehicle from coming into a vehicle room is provided to separate a coupling portion between a side member and a sub frame in the vicinity of a floor panel according to the shock applied by the head-on collision of a vehicle to prevent the generation of pressure which deforms the floor panel. CONSTITUTION: In a structure for preventing a sub frame of a vehicle from coming into a vehicle room, the sub frame(2) for reinforcing the stiffness of a side member(1) is fixed via front and rear mountings(4,5) and a separation element is provided to the rear mounting for preventing the sub frame from applying pressure to a floor panel(3) by cutting a coupling portion between the side member and the sub frame when a shock is applied.
