PURPOSE: A resources allocation method in a mobile communication system is provided to manage and allocate resources effectively, thereby increasing the volume of subscribers in system and minimizing the failure of the service caused by the failure of the resources allocation. CONSTITUTION: An allocation request is transmitted from a subscriber to a control station(S20). The control station discriminates whether a frame offset in use exists in a present card(S21). If a using frame offset exists, the control station discriminates whether a frame offset in use exists in an another card(S22). Thereafter, if a using frame offset exists, the control station transmits a resource allocation failure response to the subscriber(S23). If the using frame offset does exist in a card and an another card, the control station discriminates whether it is possible to process the present card as a designated rate(S24). If it is impossible to process the present card as a designated rate, the control station discriminates whether it is possible to process the another card as a designated rate(S25). If it is impossible to process the another card as a designated rate, the control station transmits a resource allocation failure response to the subscriber(S26). If it is possible to process the another card as a designated rate, the control station processes the volume increase to the another card(S27).
