PURPOSE: A system for managing a network based on a web browser is provided to supply a convenient user interface by easily grasping and setting a state of a device based on a web browser. CONSTITUTION: The first device management web server(21) includes a device state file updating function module(22) which links web pages of devices to be managed and downloads states of the devices and a device set inspection module(23) which inputs passwords in case that set parameters of the devices are inputted. The first web server(21) analyzes the states of the devices downloaded by the device state file updating function module(22) and records the web pages arranged. The second web server is connected with the first web server(21) through a network. The second web server records web pages of devices to be managed. In addition, the second web server transmits the states of the devices to the first web server according to a request of the device state file updating function module(22).
