<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball accumulator having the following features: the accumulator doesn't conduct operation delay and malfunction when beginning to work, a bladder excels in durability and is difficult to destroy, oil (working fluid) and air (nitrogen) don't leak, and the maximum volume efficiency can be obtained. SOLUTION: This ball accumulator has the following features. 1. The bladder, a ball, fills a setting pressure (Nitrogen). Accordingly the bladder can be floated by applying a hydraulic pressure when the accumulator begins to work. Also, a piston-type accumulator, using two pistons, fills a setting pressure (Nitrogen) between the pistons and applies a hydraulic pressure from the ups and downs. 2. Since the bladder is not fixed in an outer frame (a casing), force is not applied to the fixing position when the accumulator begins to work. Therefore, the bladder is difficult to be destroyed, and thus excels in durability. 3. The bladder is a ball. Accordingly, if a rubber property is excellent, the hydraulic pressure is faced with the pneumatic pressure, and thereby any leakage does not occur theoretically. 4. Being more reasonable than the existing accumulator with a fixed bladder, the accumulator can obtain the maximum volume efficiency.</p> |
