PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a carbon fiber reinforcement which is excellent in a curability at a low temperature, impregnation and adhesion to a carbon fiber, realizes a sufficient wrap strength with a high carbon fiber weight per unit area and can eliminate step or shorten a work time for reinforcing or repairing a concrete structure. SOLUTION: This resin composition for a carbon fiber reinforcement is a blend of (a) an epoxy acrylate resin composition comprising a mixture of epoxy acrylate and a copolymerizable monomer and (b) a flexibility-imparting compound and the blend ratio is 1-50 pts.wt. of the component (b) to 100 pts.wt. of the component (a).
