PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the road noise without affecting other performances such as the steering stability. SOLUTION: As a belt 20 of this pneumatic tire 14 has a long belt half width BWIN inside of a vehicle and a short belt half width BWOUT outside of the vehicle, the transmissibility of vibration inside of the vehicle is lower than that outside of the vehicle. A side of the lower transmissibility of vibration of the pneumatic tire 14 is made to be corresponded to a side of the large amplitude in exciting a rim wheel 12, the excitation force acting on a hub connecting part can be reduced, and the road noise can be reduced. As a side opposite to the side of the large amplitude in exciting the rim wheel 12 has the small amplitude, the transmissibility of vibration to the hub connecting part is not increased even when the side of the high transmissibility of vibration of the pneumatic tire 14 is made to be corresponded to the side of the small amplitude. Further the belt rigidity of the whole tread can be ensured by increasing the belt half width at one side, even in decreasing the belt half width of the other side, and the steering stability is not affected by the same.
