摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick and highly sensitive measuring method for a substance included in whole blood or mixed with the whole blood by removing factors interfering measurement by the whole blood. SOLUTION: The factors interfering measurement by the whole blood is removed by measuring the substance to be inspected by forming and immobilizing a complex of the substance and its specific bonding substance (including a modified or marked specific substance) on a solid phase (a first solid phase), eluting the complex, transferring it to another solid phase (a second solid phase), immobilizing it, and measuring the complex on the second solid phase. In addition, this method is incorporated with a method of shortening time for immobilizing (trapping) the substance and/or the complex on the solid phase by using a solid phase with a large surface area, a method of shortening time for bonding the specific bonding substance to the substance by using a highly concentrated specific bonding substance, a method of shortening time needed for eluting the complex from the first solid phase by using a high-performance monoclonal antihapten antibody, a method of shortening time needed for cleaning the solid phase by reducing the number of cleanings of the solid phase, and/or a method of measuring a luminescence intensity of a luminescent reagent solution by separating it from an incubated solid phase.
