PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide ground surface protective work which ensures adhesive between concrete, mortar, or borrow and the ground surface. SOLUTION: The ground surface protective work is obtained by laying a net 11 along the ground surface (A), and spraying thereon at least one of concrete, mortar 12, or borrow to a predetermined thickness in a manner wrapping the net. According to the ground surface protective work, the net is obtained by forming a plurality of element wires like a coil, and knitting the element wires so as to be inscribed with each other at every pitch.
