PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shipping system effective for shipping various articles taken out of an automated storage and retrieval warehouse while being palletized every destination. SOLUTION: This shipping system comprises pallet taking-out and re- warehousing lines 7, 15, 16 for taking out pallets P from the automated storage and retrieval warehouse 1 to a transferring work field 11, and re-warehousing the pallets P after picking the articles, a pallet by destination standby station 17, pallet conveying lines 20, 21 by destination for conveying the pallets P between the pallet by destination standby station 17 and the loading work field 11, and shipping lines 7, 9, 16 for shipping the pallets P from the transferring work field 11 after the loading of the articles is finished. The transferring work field 11 has an article reloading means 14 for reloading the articles on the pallet P taken out of the automated storage and retrieval warehouse 1 into the vacant pallet P or the pallet P conveyed from the pallet by destination standby station 17.
