PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance positioning accuracy at the time of fixing a plurality of multilayered lead frames supporting thin planar components at a constant interval. SOLUTION: In the structure for fixing a plurality of multilayered lead frames where thin planar components are arranged, in a specified pattern, at a constant interval along the longitudinal direction of a frame 102, a plurality of positioning holes 37 for passing positioning pins 36 are bored through the frame 102 and the diameter at the large diameter part 37a of each positioning hole 37 is set slightly larger than that of the pin 36. A restriction part 39 being deformed plastically by the outer circumference of the pin 36 at the time of driving the pin 36 is formed on the inner circumferential part of the large diameter part 37a.
