PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high water tight device for an outdoor lower frame of an flat sash for a double sliding paper door and so on that slides closing an a lower frame face of a sash having high airtightness and watertightness against rain water with wind pressure and so on, high drainage and high waterproof of a joint of a paper door of an inside and outside. SOLUTION: An upper face of a lower frame is formed into nearly flat face, one side of a slide is hung from a side wall of lower stopper of a paper door that slides closing by rollers of the above flat face and a concave part having a sliding groove that guides the one side of the slide is equipped on the lower frame, and horizontal tight material is equipped between a side wall of the concave part of the lower frame and the one side of the slide on a vertical frame a door stopper of the paper door and a concave part of a vertical frame that catches the door stopper when the paper door is closed are equipped, a vertical tight material is equipped between the concave part of the vertical frame and the door stopper to touch when the door closed, a seal face of horizontal tight material and a seal face of the vertical tight material is formed to be nearly flush with each other, a drain hole of the flat face is equipped on the lower frame of a joint position of an outside paper and an inside paper door as occasion demands, a block for drain of a door stop joint is equipped on a bottom of the door stop joint of the inside paper door.
