PURPOSE: A voice recognition subscriber apparatus is provided to achieve an increased efficiency of the apparatus and reduce cost by integrating voice recognition, compression and reproduction functions onto a single substrate and increasing channel capacity from 8-channels to 16-channels. CONSTITUTION: A voice recognition subscriber apparatus comprises a main control unit(4) for controlling a subscriber equipment; a clock signal and voice signal interface unit(6) for matching the clock signal and the time division multiplex voice signal; a voice compression and reproduction unit(1) for receiving the voice signal through the clock signal and voice signal interface unit, and compressing or reproducing the received signal; a dual tone multi-frequency processing unit(2) for detecting the dual tone multi-frequency applied through the voice signal interface unit; a voice recognition unit(3); a message bus interface unit(7) for interface with the bus for message transmittance/receipt; a data bus interface unit(8) for interface with the bus for data transmittance/receipt; and a dual port memory(5) for interfacing the data which is input/output between the voice recognition unit and the data bus interface unit. |
