SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes linear accelerometer which is oriented vertically, subtracter, first and second aperiodic elements performing function of integrators, feedback integrator, spectrum meter and control unit which changes time constants of first and second integrators in accordance with change in present magnitude of prevailing frequency of heaving motion, thus making it possible to maintain their magnitudes at minimum permissible level ensuring preset magnitude of amplitude and phase error of integration.
