PURPOSE: A valve is provided to completely isolate the hydraulic variation when the leakage is generated between a vacuum tube and a vacuum pump. CONSTITUTION: A first spring(310) and a second spring(320) are formed in a poppet(300). A valve comprises an outlet(330) accessed to a connect tube to be connected with a vacuum pump; an inlet(340) connected with an outlet(330); and a valve chamber(350) to house the poppet. The poppet is reciprocated by the elastic restoring force of the springs and the pressure of a container. Thereby, the damages of the vacuum pump, other instrument devices and the vacuum tube are prevented.
