PURPOSE: A more than two colors implementation-available light emitting device backlight for a mobile phone is provided to reduce a power consumption by enabling an only a desired portion light emitting and extend a design variability of a developer according to various color implementation by making a mask of a desire portion and coating phosphor on the surface of the mask. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device backlight includes a back protective layer(6) formed at the lowermost layer to protect the back, a back electrode layer(8) formed at an upper surface of the back protective layer(6), and an insulation layer(10) formed at an upper surface of the back electrode layer(8). Light emitting units(12a,12b,12c,12d) are formed at an upper surface of the insulation layer(10). Phosphor can be differently coated on the light emitting units(12a,12b,12c,12d) according to a kind of colors. A transparent electrode layer(14) is formed at an upper surface of the light emitting units(12a,12b,12c,12d), and a light emitting device product implemented with more than two colors can be fabricated by making a mask of a desired portion and coating phosphor thereon. The terminal of the light emitting device can be added according to the kind of color.
