METHOD FOR DETECTING TECHNICAL STATE OF HYDROSTATIC DRIVE

testing and diagnostics processes for determining technical state of moving parts of servomechanism of hydrostatic drives. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of measuring parameter of technical state of hydrostatic drive by loading it at joining shaft of hydraulic pump of drive with shaft of drive motor; using as above mentioned parameter time period for achieving maximally possible revolution number of output shaft of hydraulic motor of drive from its zero value after sharply shifting lever of hydraulic distributor of said drive from neutral position to one of limit positions; measuring above mentioned time period at different rotation signs of output shaft of hydraulic motor according to movement of lever of hydraulic distributor in opposite limit positions; evaluating state of hydraulic-pressure chambers of servomechanism by comparison according to difference of two measured time periods moments. Time period of sharp motion of lever is no more than 0.5 s. EFFECT: lowered labor consumption for determining technical state of hydrostatic drive. 3 cl, 2 dwg
