<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a water-soluble curable epoxy (meth)acrylate which is useful in various uses, to provide its production method and its uses, especially to obtains an aqueous curable epoxy (meth)acrylate composition which is useful as an aqueous coating material, or the like, in various uses. SOLUTION: When a curable epoxy (meth)acrylate (C) is produced by reacting a polyglycidyl ether compound (B), which is obtained by reacting a polyhydroxy compound (A) and epichlorohydrin, with (meth)acrylic acid, the polyglycidyl ether compound (B) having total chlorine content not more than 2.0 wt.% is used.</p> |
