PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical coupling device which is capable of increasing light which can utilize efficiency in an optical data bus. SOLUTION: This optical coupling device is equipped with a substrate 21, having light-emitting elements 52 and light-receiving elements 53, an optical signal transmitting device 10 having a plurality of incidence/emission parts which makes optical signals enter or exit by reflection corresponding to the light-emitting and light-receiving elements, a fixed substrate base 60 with a groove 61, and a light-transmitting plate 62 for holding the fixed substrate. The optical signal transmitting device 10 is arranged at the groove 61 of the fixed substrate base 60 and fastened with screws 63 or the like. Consequently, the incidence/emission parts of the optical signal transmitting device 10 is disposed close to the light-emitting elements 52 or to the light-receiving elements 53. |
