PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract motive power using an inexpensive constitution, and effectively recover exhaust heat. SOLUTION: Steam is generated by a steam boiler 5 using the heat of exhaust gas from an engine 1, and a steam turbine 9 is driven by the steam. Steam of an ammonia-water mixed fluid is generated by a steam generator 14 by heating of engine-cooled jacket cooling water from the engine 1, a low- temperature steam component is separated from the steam by a first fractionator 17, and a low-temperature steam turbine 18 is driven by the low-temperature steam component. A generator 22 is driven by both turbines 9 and 18, and the exhaust heat from the engine 1 is recovered as electric power and motive power. The steam of the ammonia-water mixed fluid is generated by the exhaust heat from the exhaust gas, after passing through a steam boiler 5; the ammonia- water mixed fluid having the high ammonia concentration is extracted from the steam by a second fractionator 26 and a condenser 27 and is supplied to the steam generator 14, to increase steam quantity generated. |
