摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate pressure of high-pressure components in a transcritical vapor compression system. SOLUTION: In a two-stage vapor-compression system provided with an economizer circuit, when pressure in the inside of a gas cooler 14 is too low, expansion valves 26, 28 are regulated to release the refrigerant from a flash tank 20 to the vapor compression system. As a result, the pressure of the gas cooler 14 is increased, pressure of the high-pressure components of the system is increased, and the capacity of the system is also increased. When the pressure of the inside of the cooler 14 is too high, expansion valves 26, 28 are regulated, so as to store the refrigerant in the flash tank 20. Thus, the pressure of the cooler 14 is decreased, the pressure of the high-pressure component of the system is reduced, and energy consumed by the compressor is reduced.
