PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely carry out tracking by solving a problem caused by a tracking error due to fluctuation of an error signal voltage because an arrival wave from a satellite is an elliptically polarized wave generally by an influence of rainfall or antenna deformation even though a conventional device is designed while assuming that the arrival wave is a completely circularly polarized wave. SOLUTION: In addition to a basic mode signal and a higher-order mode signal conventionally used as reception signals for carrying out satellite tracking, a basic mode cross polarization constituent signal is added newly. In this way, a highly precise satellite tracking device and a satellite orbital position measurement device taking an error due to the elliptically polarization into consideration can be provided.
