PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pollutant recycle technology recycling purity-enhanced waste solvent by combusting it using a combustor of a microgas turbine. SOLUTION: This recycling treatment method of waste solvent, having organic compound as the main agent, is characterized in that only the organic compound main agent formed by removing impurity by distilling the waste solvent is extracted, the main agent is sent to the combustor of the gas turbine and treated by combusting it with the preheated compressed air, and then the gas turbine connected to the generator is driven using combustion gas generated by the combustor.
