PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative polyester resin sheet having a beautiful design effect of an emboss-toned pattern or a frosted glass pattern which can be manufactured with a general-purpose production facility for a polyester resin sheet without using a device such as an embossing roller. SOLUTION: This decorative polyester resin sheet comprises (A) 20-95 wt.% of a polyethylene terephthalate-based resin having an inherent viscosity of 0.45-1.0 dl/g and (B) 5-80 wt.% of a branched polyethylene terephthalate-based copolymer resin in which, based on the whole constituents, 0.02-8 mol% of a compound having three or more carboxyl groups or/and hydroxyl groups in a molecule is copolymerized and which as an intrinsic viscosity of 0.6 dl/g and above.
