PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durable decorative plate having two dimensional or three dimensional concave and convex portions capable of coping with a small lot and dispensing with coating or lamination. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a decorative plate having concave and convex portions comprises forming a printed layer of a colored ink on a surface of a mold releasable film made of a polyethyleneterephthalate resin, coating the printed layer with an ionizing radiation curable transparent resin coating containing a difunctional or trifunctional urethane acrylate-based oligomer having a methylmethacrylate component in its main chain, irradiating ionizing radiation to form a coated film having surface hardness of H to 2H, thereby forming a decorative sheet on the mold releasable film, coating the printed layer side of the decorative sheet from which the mold releasable sheet was peeled with a urethane-based moisture curable type hot melt adhesive, laminating it on a surface of a wooden base material having groove-shaped concave and convex portions and pressing the decorative sheet into the groove- shaped concave and convex portions by use of a heated roll.
