PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate capable of preventing blocking and showing excellent flexibility, heat sealability and transparence. SOLUTION: At least one surface layer of a laminate is made of a polypropylene resin (A) satisfying the following conditions; (1) amounts of an eluted component (a) at a temperature lower than 20 deg.C, an eluted component (b) at a temperature from not less then 20 deg.C to lower than 100 deg.C and an eluted component (c) at a temperature not lower than 100 deg.C by means of an o- dichlorobenzene temperature increase elution chromatography are 20 to 60%, 20 to 70% and 1 to 40% respectively, the sum of the amounts of the components (a), (b) and (c) being 100%, (2) the components (a) and (b) contains 90 to 50 mol % of a propylene monomer unit and 10 to 50 mol % of an ethylene monomer unit, (3) molar ratios of three monomer units [EEE], [PEP] and [EPE] and a molar ratio [E] of an ethylene monomer unit in the components (a) and (b) measured by 13C-NMR satisfy the relations (I): 0<=([EEE]/[E]-0.78[E])<=0.20 and (II): 0.70<=(([PEP]+[EPE])/[E]+0.95[E])<=0.95 and (4) a ratio of weight average molecular weight (Mw) to number average molecular weight (Mn) is 1 to 5.
