PURPOSE: A handle knob for an automobile is provided to conveniently use the handle knob and to safely use in case of emergency by safely and conveniently hiding the knob only with a pressing action to the knob. CONSTITUTION: A handle knob for an automobile includes a cylindrical case(13), a ring type case(14), a cap(27), and a knob body(15). The cylindrical case has a 1/2 holding part(11a) for coupling a handle and a cap locking part(12) formed at a lower end. The ring type case has a 1/2 holding part(11b) coupled with the 1/2 holding part of the cylindrical case and is assembled to a lower portion of the cylindrical case. The cap assembles the ring type case and the cylindrical case. The knob body is assembled inside the cylindrical case and performs receipt and drawing motion using a push-lock device.
