PURPOSE: Provided is a method for producing nontoxic film based on pyroligneous liquid, which can overcome whole problems of existing films and improve freshness of food and deodorizing effect, as well as provide disinfection effects simultaneously. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) introducing a raw material for producing a typical wrap film, which is a mixture of linear low density polyethylene(LLD-PE), low density polyethylene(LD-PE), tarma, adhesive, surfactant, and so on, in predetermined ratio into typical extruder maintaining high temperature through a feeder, and melting and transferring the raw material; (ii) preheating and introducing 6%(based on the raw material) of additives comprising 30 wt% of soybean oil, 32 wt% of vegetable adhesive, 23 wt% of vegetable surfactant, 10 wt% of vegetable antistatic agent, and 5 wt% of pyroligneous liquid and mixing the additives and the raw material; and (iii) extruding the mixture through extrusion mold to obtain a film maintaining thickness of 8-20 micrometer.
