PURPOSE: A structure of blower unit of air conditioning system for automobile is provided to reduce installation space for components in an air duct by integrating an evaporator core and a heater core installed in the air duct. CONSTITUTION: An evaporator core(30) with cooling fins(51) placed in horizontal direction; and a heater core(40) are alternately installed in an integral core body(50) so that refrigerant and coolant are supplied in opposite directions. The integral core body is used as a heater or an air conditioner depending on whether refrigerant or coolant is supplied to the integral core body having the evaporator core and the heater core integrally in a single body.
