PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the influence by a vibration or impact applied to a physical quantity detection part by use of an elastic body. SOLUTION: The physical quantity detection part 20 for detecting a physical change is supported by vibration isolating members 23 and 24, and the vibration isolating members 23 and 24 are retained by a retaining part 5. Contact parts 23a and 24a having conically formed tips are integrally provided on the vibration isolating members 23 and 24. The physical quantity detection part 20 is supported by the tips of the contact parts 23a and 24a to damp the vibration from the outside. |
