<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler flue gas treatment system which can simplify the system by using an absorbent and a supply agent efficiently when SO3 and SO2 are removed from exhaust gas. SOLUTION: An absorbent comprising powdered quick lime or slaked lime is added to the exhaust gas of a boiler 10, and SO3 in the exhaust gas is absorbed/removed. The exhaust gas is introduced with the absorbent into a desulfurizer 16 and contacted with slurry containing magnesium hydroxide as a desulfurizing agent to absorb/remove SO2. The desulfurizing agent and the absorbent are subjected to a substitution reaction in an aging tank 22 to be converted into gypsum and magnesium hydroxide, gypsum is recovered, and magnesium hydroxide is reused as the desulfurizing agent.</p> |
