PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative plate capable of producing a depth feeling and a high-grade feeling, by providing a three dimensional feeling even in the case of manufacturing from a thin one, its manufacturing method and a decorating and a clock which utilize the decorative plate. SOLUTION: When a decorative groove 7 which extends spirally from inside to outside and is formed in a V shape in section, is cut on a dial plate 2 of a clock being the decorative laminate, an inner oblique side 7A forming the V shape of the decorative groove 7 is made to have a gentler tilt angle than that of an outer oblique side 7B in the inner part of the spiral state. Since behavior of reflected light on a surface of the dial plate 2 becoming a plane in broad perspective approximates to the reflected light on an inflated surface thereby, a central part of the dial plate 2 looks to be inflated. Then, though the dial plate 2 is manufactured from a thin sheet, the three dimensional feeling is given from the decorative groove 7 thereby, the depth feeling and the high- grade feeling are produced. |
