摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropipette, a dispensing device and a method of manufacturing for a biochip used in a field such as manufacture of the biochip of a DNA microarray or the like with a minute volume on a predetermined substrate. SOLUTION: In the micropipette 10, an inlet 2 for injecting a sample from outside, a cavity 3 capable of storing an injected sample, and a sample discharge opening 6 for discharging a stored sample are formed on a pipette body 1, a piezoelectric/electrostrictive element 7 is provided on an outer face of the pipette body 1, and by its drive, a volume of the cavity is changed and a certain amount of the sample is discharged. It is characterized by that in a through hole 5 of a nozzle part 4, a cross sectional shape is a polygonal shape having acute and obtuse interior angles or it has three or more protrusions protruding radially from a center of a crown shape formed by connecting protrusions by a curve, and a cross sectional area continuously and gradually decreases in similar figures from a sample inlet end 23 of the through hole 5 to a sample discharge opening end 24.
