PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable organopolysiloxane material which can be produced economically by a simple method, has good storage properties or maintains its processability over a long period of time at 25 deg.C under an ambient pressure, and rapidly crosslinks only at an enhanced temperature. SOLUTION: The crosslinkable material contains a composition produced by mixing (A) 50-90 mass% organopolysiloxane having a viscosity at 25 deg.C of 50 to 100×106 mm2/s, (B) 10-50 mass% metal oxide, (C) 0.3-5 mass% organosilicon compound, (D) 0.05-0.5 mass% platinum in the form of a bis(alkynyl)/platinum complex, and (E) 0-5 mass% of other ingredients.
