PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a pyrazole intermediate by one-pot method. SOLUTION: When producing a pyrazole compound represented by formula (II) (wherein, RP is H or R1 which is defined in the specification), a compound represented by formula (III) (wherein, R11a and R11b are independently a 1-6C alkyl group, and R2 is defined in the specification) is reacted with an acylating agent represented by formula (IV) in the presence of a base, and then is reacted with a hydrazine compound in situ. On that occasion, this process may be conducted in the presence of an activating agent.
