PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof molding to meet requirement of a constitution excellent in general purpose usability, because an opening part formed at portion corresponding to a fitting position of a part in a molding body and a cap for covering the opening part are different in size according to the size of the part to be fitted, in the case of attaching the part such as a roof rail provided in a vehicle i.e., an automobile by utilizing the roof molding. SOLUTION: This roof molding 20, mounting a cap 30 removed in an opening part 22 of a molding main unit 21 to hold the cap 30 engaged with a spacer 40 so as to mount it by an engaging structure relating to the molding main unit 21, moreover hold the cap 30 stored in the opening part 22 in a position formed with a design surface flush with a design surface 21d of the molding main unit 21 by this spacer 40, is provided.
