摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave transmissible metal-deposited film transfer material which gives a metal-deposited film having enough insulating properties, electromagnetic wave transmittance, and a beautiful, bright metal gloss. SOLUTION: In the electromagnetic wave transmissible metal-deposited film transfer material, a mold releasing agent layer 2, an inside protective transparent resin layer 3, an indium/indium oxide composite deposition film 5, and an adhesive layer 7 are formed in turn on a base material 1. The indium oxide is expressed by In2Ox (x is 1.0-1.9), and the weight ratio of indium/indium oxide in the composite deposition film is 95/5-80/20. In a method for producing the transfer material, the composite deposition film is formed by an activated reactive vapor deposition method using high frequency excitation plasma or electron beam oxidation anode plasma.
