PURPOSE: A contract document management system and a control method are provided to prevent the loss of a contract document and to search the necessary contract document rapidly by making and databsing the contract document as an electronic document. CONSTITUTION: The contract document management system comprises a server(1) and a contract document writing module(3). The server receives the contract document transferred from the writing module scattered about each agent and branch and stores the received contract document in a DB(2). The writing module synthesizes a scan file of an ID card, a fingerprint, a signature and a seal of a contractor and the voice file of the contractor to a contract document file and transfers the contract document file to the server. The writing module comprises a scanner generating and outputting the scan file, a microphone outputting the voice of the contractor after converting into the electric signal, a file synthesizer synthesizes the scan file and the voice file to the contract document file and a transmitter transferring the contract document outputted from the file synthesizer to the server through a data communication network.
