PURPOSE: A keyless entry system is provided to start a vehicle and lock or unlock doors of a vehicle without using a key. CONSTITUTION: A sensor portion(10) is formed with a cooling water temperature sensor(11), a key switch(12), a transmission switch(13), and a logical product gate(14). The cooling water temperature sensor(11) outputs a voltage signal of a high level to the logical product gate(14) when temperature of cooling water is more than a predetermined value. The key switch(12) transmits the voltage signal of the high level to the logical product gate(14) when an ignition key is in a state of off. The transmission switch(13) transmits the voltage signal of the high level to the logical product gate(14) when a shifting lever is located at a stage of P or the stage of N. The logical product gate(14) performs logical operations for output signals of cooling water temperature sensor(11), the key switch(12), and the transmission switch(13) and outputs a result to a controller(23) of a reception portion(20). The reception portion(20) is formed with an ultra high frequency receiver(21), a bandwidth controller(22), a controller(23), and an amplifier(24). A control portion(30) operates an actuator(40) in order to start a vehicle and lock or unlock doors of the vehicle. |
