PURPOSE: A refrigerator with device for fixing duct panel is provided to reduce material cost for the fixing device and to reduce number of processes for assembly of the duct panel and a duct cover. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device includes a fixing hole(60) formed on a boss part(30) protrusively formed on a rear surface of a duct cover(20); a fixing pin(50) including a head part(51) joined to the fixing hole and fixed on an outer surface of a duct panel(10) and a leg part(52) extended from the head part; and a fixing protrusion(53) formed on either of the leg part or the fixing hole and a fixing groove(61) formed on the other of the leg part or the fixing hole.
