<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate power efficiently without complicating a system. SOLUTION: A fuel cell 11 comprises a fuel cell body 12, a reformer 13 and an exhaust heat recovery unit 14. The fuel cell body 12 comprises an air electrode, a cell body and a fuel electrode. The air electrode is supplied with air, and the fuel electrode is supplied with town gas from a fuel supply part 15 via the reformer 13. DC power produced in the fuel cell body 12 is converted into AC power by a first power inverter 16. Hot water produced in the fuel cell body 12 is recovered by the exhaust heat recovery unit 14. Fuel from the fuel supply part 15 is combusted and supplied to a turbine generator 18 constituting a gas turbine generator set 17. Heat produced in the step is fed to an exhaust heat boiler device 19. The exhaust heat boiler device 19 is supplied with the hot water recovered by the exhaust heat recovery unit 14 to generate steam. The output of the generator 18 is converted into given AC power via a second power converter 20.</p> |
