PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type cosmetic good in feeling when it is used and spreadability, high in stability with time, and capable of containing much water therein. SOLUTION: This water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic contains (A) a fructo- oligosaccharide fatty acid ester, (B) a silicone oil-containing oil agent, (C) a nonionic surfactant and (D) water, wherein the content of the silicone oil in the component B is preferably 1-50 wt.% based on the whole cosmetic and the component C is preferably a silicone-based surfactant.
