PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-peel lid for a cup of instant noodles or yogurt and a tray of a medical product which is easy to open like a conventional one wherein there is no stringing nor paper peeled when opening the lid of a cup container 30, there is no peel of the lid 20 occurring during transportation and storage in the summer time, and the lid is excellent in an appearance when peeled and heat deterioration resistance. SOLUTION: The easy-to-peel lid comprises a base material layer 4, a barrier layer 5 and an easy-to-peel layer 6 which are appropriately laminated, wherein the easy-to-peel layer 6 comprises a blended resin of a low density polyethylene and polybutene-1.
