SOLUTION: The central solar receiver comprises an axis symmetric housing having an open front end part and a closed rear end part, a window having a front end part secured to the housing and a rear end part located in the vicinity of the rear end part of the housing without being secured thereto, a capacitive solar absorber disposed in the housing along the window, and inlet and outlet tubes of working fluid.
