MOLDING MODIFIER FOR POLYPROPYLENE RESIN AND POLYPROPYLENE RESIN COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polypropylene resin composition which has good moldability in the injection molding, excellent flow-mark property and weld appearance in the molding and which is suitable for the injection-molded article such as an exterior automotive trim. SOLUTION: The molding modifier for a polypropylene resin comprise a random propylene polymer having the die swell rate of 1.5-2.5 and the ratio of the weight average molecular weight (Mw) and the number average molecular weight (Mn) (Q value=Mw/Mn) of 7-13 which is determined by the gel permeation chromatography(GPC). The polypropylene resin composition is obtained by mixing the modifier with a propylene.ethylene block copolymer, ethylene or styrene elastomer, or the like.
