PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate material processing machine of high productivity which completely automates processes ranging from supply of a plate material to cutting-off thereof into a prescribed shape and cutting-processing thereof. SOLUTION: This machine is provided with a supply mechanism which supplies the plate material 1 onto a conveying passage 2, an X-axis conveyance control mechanism 4 which controls conveyance of the plate material supplied onto the conveying passage 2 by the supply mechanism, in a set state, in a prescribed direction and a no-table machining part 5 wherein the plate material 1 is held in a laid or projected state in the middle or at the end of the conveying passage 2. The machine is equipped with a Y-axis movement control mechanism 7 controlling movement of a machining implement 6A of a machining mechanism 6 machining a laid part 1A or a projected part, in the direction intersecting the direction of conveyance of the X-axis conveyance control mechanism 4, and a takeout mechanism taking out the plate material 1 machined by the machining implement 6A of the machining mechanism 6 which moves relatively in relation to the plate material 1 by motions of generation in two axial directions by the X-axis conveyance control mechanism 4 and the Y-axis movement control mechanism 7.
